Initial Contractor who built the house: Abel Diaz of Abel Diaz Contruction in Hayward, CA Well it took one month shy of 20 years to finally get approval from the city, build and move into a house on the vacant property I bought in 1999. It was a long and very tough process but yet it is not over. I now have to deal with the results of what my contractor, Abel Diaz, constructed. A part of that was sueing Abel Diaz Construction for the numerous defects you can see below. A process that took over two year to resolve. The documents of that suit can be found HERE.
